Pick Paint N Sip

Enjoy a relaxing summer experience! Pick a bucket of farm-fresh, organic flowers, learn watercolor painting, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine to sip. Once you arrive and register, you'll begin your adventure by touring the flower farm and making your way to our event field to pick organic blooms and fill your bucket. You'll learn easy techniques on watercolor painting to create your own, beautiful artwork. Our watercolor art instructor, Becky Patterson, of Becky Patterson Design, will be guiding us along with her wonderful ways of teaching; this event will be so much fun! No experience is needed and beginners are warmly welcomed. All of your extra flowers will be wrapped for you to bring home!

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Flower picking on the farm

  • Bucket of water to hold your flowers

  • Flowers and greenery

  • Floral supplies/pruners

  • Glass vase (fits in cup holder)

  • Waxed floral tissue

  • One hour and a half of expert watercolor instruction

  • Basic floral care & information

  • Use of brushes, tools and paints

  • Watercolor paper

  • Protective Envelope/Sleeve for your finished painting

  • Complimentary glass of wine (Red or White)

  • Complimentary bottled water, coffee & tea

  • Extra flower stems will be wrapped for you to take home.

Marina will talk a little bit about the farm and give tips/care instructions for your flowers. By the end of the session, you'll have finished your own piece of art to take home. Come solo or bring a friend - it’s sure to be a fun-filled, creative experience. We are looking forward to creating with you!

About the Art Instructor: Becky Patterson is a graphic designer, artist and illustrator from WNY. She’s been working as a creative professional for over 20 years. Becky enjoys warm, sunny days outside, traveling, quality time with friends, and spending time with her husband, 2 kids and dog. She also loves flowers, cookies and chai lattes.

This is an age 21+ over event

Please bring or wear proper walking footwear and arrive on time for the event. We wouldn't want you to miss out on any exciting moments!

Entrance & Parking:

Please register at the front barn, parallel to the road. Horseshoe driveway with several parking areas around the property. Please keep the driveway passable at all times. Thank you!
